We are so excited to facilitate our third retreat at Tierra Sagrada!

Our intention for this retreat is for it to be a week that helps you awaken to your most energized and activated self and align with your divine nature, so that you can go back into your life renewed, relaxed, and excited to give your gifts to the world more fully than ever before.

Throughout the day you will be receiving:
~ Morning Sunrise Meditation
~ Network Chiropractic spinal entrainments
~ Daily Vinyasa Yoga classes
~ 12 Stages of Healing sessions
~ Authentic Costa Rican meals (as organic as possible).
~ Sunset Ocean Swims

There will be plenty of time to read, write, relax and just BE . . . and soak up the incredible healing that the land of Tierra Sagrada has to offer.

We will also have free time, in which we will go explore the surrounding area of Costa Rica… horseback riding to beautiful waterfalls, experiencing the local town of Dominical, and surfing or relaxing at the magical Dominical beach.

A few of the evenings we will do sunset ocean swims. YUM!!
