Hello, I’m Dr. Erin Pollinger.

If any of this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. I’ve been in that hard place myself. As a single mother for many years, I intimately understand the loneliness and lack of support, the physical strain, and the fear that comes with not knowing how to make ends meet. But living in constant survival mode is not truly living.

About 20 years ago, I reached a turning point. I realized deep down that I was destined for so much more. I envisioned a vibrant, fulfilling life—one filled with joy, luxury, and opportunities to share my unique gifts at the highest level.

I was driven by an insatiable desire to serve others extraordinarily, doing what lit up my soul. I dreamed of freedom—to travel the world spontaneously, and to nurture my retreat center in Costa Rica, creating a sanctuary where community and healing could flourish.

I aspired to be more generous, to support meaningful causes, and make a significant impact. I wanted to feel amazing in my own skin, to live in a home that brought me joy, and above all, to be truly FREE.

All I had to do was make a decision.
All I had to do was say yes to taking my life back.

YES!!

Standing in my kitchen, broke and filled with despair, I made a pivotal decision: I vowed to no longer be ruled by my fears or past stories. It was in that moment that I reclaimed my life. With the right support, I elevated myself to live up to my fullest potential, and that's when everything changed.

Today, I have the freedom to travel whenever I choose, guiding retreats at our breathtaking centers in Costa Rica and Ashland, Oregon. I live in homes that inspire me and I feel more vibrant in my body than ever before, all while feeling financially and emotionally supported.

I share this story not to make you feel ashamed but to inspire you. If I can transform my life, so can you.
