After having found my first Network Chiropractor at age 19 and having it so profoundly change my life, I enrolled in Chiropractic School and graduated when I was 24. The past 16 years of serving in this way has been a huge gift, and supporting people to feel amazing in their bodies and lives is what I am all about! The changes that I see in my patients as a result of being under Network Care blow me away every time I am in the office and I feel so grateful to witness the level of transformation and awakening that I do.  I currently own and run Soulwave Chiropractic Studio, in Ashland, Oregon.

After being in practice for 13 years, I began to have a hunger to work more deeply with people and take the work that we were doing on the table more tangibly out into life. It was then that I created my Ultimate Alignment Coaching Program and began working with women who desired more freedom in their lives. I now have clients all over the country who I support in creating physical and financial freedom and lives that they are wild and crazy about!

I have also been studying and practicing Tantric Dance for over 10 years and love supporting women in moving from their center, and creating more effortlessly from this place of power. I also love bringing people together in community to go deeper and created and co-facilitate The Wave of Feminine Beauty Workshop.  This is a weekend event where women come to experience quantum shift in the experience of who they are as feminine beings. These workshops are a source of huge joy and inspiration for me!

My family has land down in Costa Rica and we have been developing a retreat center, called Tierra Sagrada de Costa Rica, for the past few years. In February, 2015, I facilitated our first Grateful Heart Retreat there. It was one of the best weeks of my life! Having people come together to meditate, dance, do yoga, experience a greater depth of Network Care and be in the medicine of the extraordinary nature there is such an incredible gift! In this world that is becoming more and more virtual, sharing with others in the flesh in community is so important and necessary.

I am a lover of life, a seeker of truth and a believer in big dreams.

I believe that life is meant to be lived fully and passionately and my mission is to support others in saying yes to themselves, playing full out and living free!
