So much to be grateful for…

Wow… so much to be grateful for!

These past 2 years have been some of the most incredible years of my life. The work I am blessed to do with so many of you continues to touch my heart every day.

I am so grateful for the ways in which we show up for ourselves. Watching you all make quantum leaps in all areas of your lives creates so much joy in my life.

Here are a few tips to make this time even more special:

~ If you find this time a bit more challenging and are prone to experience sadness or feelings of aloneness or hopelessness during this time, take a few minutes each day to be with those parts. Send them love and acceptance and invite them to the table with your inner family.

~ Refocus on what it is that you desire. Spend time each daydreaming, doing vision boards, writing down your vision and activating what it is that you are so ready for.

~ Be still for at least 5-10 minutes each day allowing yourself to feel gratitude for all the gifts in your life. Go for walks in nature and feel the ways in which you are always connected, loved and supported by something bigger.

This week, let’s remember how truly blessed we are.
