I am so excited to announce another 5 Gifts of the Spine Talk!

I absolutely love doing these talks and getting the opportunity to talk more deeply to you about how Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) can change not only your spine, but your life.

The talk will be on Tuesday, September 15th from 6:30pm-7:45pm at Hidden Springs Wellness Center in Ashland and is free. (See directions below).

If you have not come to the talk already (or if you already have and want a refresher!) PLEASE come as you be learning so much more about the work we are doing in the office.

I will be talking about health and wellness and what that REALLY means and how NSA and SRI are on the cutting edge of helping people experience greater health and wellness in their lives. I will also be talking about the progression through the 3 Levels of Care and the different strategies learned in each Level and how these strategies create quantum changes in your life.

I will also be entraining a practice member so that you can actually see the respiratory and somatopsychic waves moving through the spine. And, of course, I will be sharing what the 5 Gifts of the Spine are!

Most of us think that Chiropractic is just about getting rid of pain so that you can feel better physically. This is what most chiropractors talk about but is only the beginning of the what is possible!
